Julian Baker, Managing Partner, Baker Brothers Investments
Julian Baker has served as a director of Genomic Health since January 2001. Mr. Baker is a managing partner of Baker Brothers Investments, which he and his brother, Felix Baker, Ph.D., founded in 2000. Mr. Baker’s firm manages a family of long-term investment funds for major university endowments and foundations, which are focused on publicly traded life sciences companies. Mr. Baker’s career as a fund manager began in 1994 when he co-founded a biotechnology investing partnership with the Tisch Family, now known as Baker/Tisch investments. Previously, Mr. Baker was employed from 1988 to 1993 by the private equity investment arm of Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation. He is also a director of Incyte Corporation, Neurogen Corporation, Theravance, Inc. and Trimeris, Inc. Mr. Baker holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University.

Brook Byers, Partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
Brook Byers has served as a director of Genomic Health since January 2001. Mr. Byers is a partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm which he joined in 1977. He was the founding president and chairman of four life-sciences companies: Hybritech Inc., IDEC Pharmaceuticals Corporation, InSite Vision Inc. and Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Byers currently serves as a director of Five Prime Therapeutics, XDx, Cardio DX, OptiMedica, Pacific Biosciences, Tethys Biosciences and a number of privately held technology, healthcare and biotechnology companies. Mr. Byers holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Fred Cohen, M.D., D.Phil., Partner, TPG
Fred Cohen, M.D., D.Phil., has served as a director of Genomic Health since April 2002. Dr. Cohen is a partner at TPG, a venture capital firm which he joined in 2001. Dr. Cohen is also a Professor of Medicine and Pharmacology at the University of California, San Francisco, where he has taught since July 1988. Dr. Cohen is a director of Matrix Laboratories Ltd. and a number of privately held companies. Dr. Cohen holds a B.S. from Yale University, a Ph.D. from Oxford University and an M.D. from Stanford University.

Samuel Colella, Managing Director, Versant Ventures
Samuel Colella has served as a director of Genomic Health since January 2001. Mr. Colella is a managing director of Versant Ventures, a healthcare and biotechnology venture capital firm which he co-founded in 1999. From 1984 to 1999, Mr. Colella was a general partner of Institutional Venture Partners, a venture capital firm. Mr. Colella currently serves as a director of Alexza Pharmaceuticals and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, as well as a number of privately held technology and biotechnology companies. Mr. Colella has a B.S. in Business and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ginger L. Graham, President and CEO, Two Trees Consulting and former President and CEO, Amylin Pharmaceuticals
Ginger L. Graham has served as a director of Genomic Health since December 2008. Ms. Graham is the president and CEO of Two Trees Consultant and is the former president and CEO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative medicines to improve the lives of people with diabetes and obesity. Previously, Ms. Graham served as Group Chairman, Office of the President for Guidant Corporation, a major cardiovascular medical device manufacturer and held a number of management positions at Eli Lilly and Company prior to her work with Guidant. Ms. Graham serves on the Board of Directors for Proteus Biomedical Pharmaceutical Systems Division, ICAT Managers, and the American Diabetes Association Research Foundation, where she serves as Vice-Chair. She also serves on the Advisory Boards for the Kellogg Center for Executive Women and the Harvard Health Initiative as well as the Board of Advisors for the University of Arkansas and the Journal of Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Graham holds a B.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Randall Livingston, Vice President for Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer, Stanford University
Randall Livingston has served as a director of Genomic Health since October 2004. In 2001, Mr. Livingston was appointed Vice President for Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer of Stanford University. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Livingston served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OpenTV Corp., a provider of interactive television services. From 1996 until 1999, Mr. Livingston served as a consultant and part-time executive for several Silicon Valley technology companies. Prior to 1996, Mr. Livingston worked for Heartport, Inc., Taligent, Apple Computer, Ingres Corporation and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Livingston holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Woodrow Myers, M.D., M.B.A., Managing Director, Myers Ventures LLC
Woodrow Myers, M.D., M.B.A. has served as a director of Genomic Health since April 2006. Dr. Myers is a managing director at Myers Ventures LLC, a director at Stanford University Hospitals and Clinics and visiting adjunct professor of medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Myers has served as the former executive vice president and chief medical officer of WellPoint, Inc., where he established the Health Quality Assurance Division. Prior to his position at WellPoint, Dr. Myers served as the director of healthcare management at the Ford Motor Company where he initiated quality assurance metrics for Ford healthcare vendors and established new global health and safety policies to benefit Ford and its employees. He is a former health commissioner for the city of New York and the state of Indiana, past chairman of the Visiting Committee for the Harvard School of Public Health and has served as a member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers and the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Dr. Myers holds medical and business degrees from Harvard and Stanford, respectively.
